Waldorf Inspired Rainbow Russian Dolls

I'm part of a Waldorf inspired handcraft swap group on Facebook. I'm only just getting into crafting, but enjoy taking part. This month the theme was colours, so I decided to make rainbow Russian dolls (Matryoshka)

I drew out the outlines and then painted the blank Russian dolls using watered down acrylic paint and a black Posca paint pen. Drawing the details on to the smallest doll was quite tricky and next time I will try to get an even smaller size pen nib. Then once the paint had dried, I sealed it using a beeswax and olive oil mix.

Here are some pictures of Baobao playing with them. They are currently her favourite toys.
